AstralPool Netcel Electrolytic Cell Cleaner
Salt chlorinators have non-soluble electrodes through which the pool water circulates and where chlorine is generated by the application of an external source of low voltage direct current. On the surface of these electrodes, including those of the electrochlorinators that have a change of polarity, with time calcareous incrustations, organic residues and mineral sediments will form and adhere, which will produce a reduction of the performance and a bad operation of the equipment. For this reason it will be necessary to clean the electrodes. For this purpose, AstralPool has developed Netcel, a ready-to-use acid cleaner specially formulated to remove scale without attacking (degrading) the electrodes.
The use of a pool water disinfection system based on salt electrolysis offers users numerous advantages over traditional disinfection treatments. It significantly reduces the use of hazardous chemicals and provides greater safety by not having to handle any chemicals (chlorine, bromine or activated oxygen). AstralPool offers a range of specific products for pools treated with salt chlorinators in response to the needs of users of these pools.
