Collection and delivery within 24 hours for pool cleaners and chlorinators by GLS agency.

• Before sending us the cleaner, you must pack it, protect it and seal it, to avoid that during the transport it could suffer any damage.
• In case of sending us the cleaner in a box, it must be made of cardboard, in no case it will be accepted that the box is made of another material, such as wood, plastic, metal...
• You must NOT send the trolley.
• The packing in the cardboard box must not exceed the dimensions of 50 x 50 x 50 cm, or failing that, the maximum may not exceed 150 centimeters adding the length, height and width. If for any reason these dimensions must be exceeded, please ask for a quotation before accepting the collection.
• GLS will not pick up any equipment that does not comply with these guidelines, Ferromar will not pay the amount of the collection if once the payment has been made the equipment is not ready at the time of collection.
• It is essential to send the power supply or transformer with the robot, any cleaner that arrives at the SAT without the power supply can not be reviewed and the customer must make the shipment at their own expense.
• We are not responsible for any damage that the robot may suffer during transport due to poor packaging by the user.
