AstralPool Special hard water multiaction tablet

Multiaction in 200 g tablets special for hard water and pools with limescale problems.

Specially formulated to eliminate bacteria, viruses and microorganisms in general, prevent the development of algae, keep the water crystal clear and prevent lime scale.

This product should not come into direct contact with pools made of liner, polyester or vinyl, or painted, as it may cause discoloration.

Features and benefits

Calcium hardness is the term that indicates the calcium content of the water. When the hardness is above the range of 175 and 300 ppm of CaCO3, due to the water supply or the use of chemical products that provide calcium ions, problems of incrustations, cloudy water, etc. can occur.

To avoid these problems, the product incorporates in its composition additives with sequestering and inhibiting power, by means of which calcareous incrustations are prevented and controlled.

In addition, it also helps to prevent clogging of filters, corrosion of the metal parts of the recirculation and filtration system, and the appearance of stains in the pool glass due to the iron dissolved in the water.

Dosage and mode of use

Initial Treatment: Add 15 grams of Granulated Dichloro per m3 of water. After 2 hours, adjust the pH of the water between 7.2 and 7.6 using pH Minor solid or pH Plus solid.

Maintenance treatment: With the pH of the water adjusted, add 1 special Multifunction tablet for hard water per 20 m 3 of water every 7-10 days.

These doses are for guidance only and can be modified according to the characteristics of each pool, climate, etc.

The initial treatment (Superchlorination) should be repeated whenever a lack of transparency in the water is observed.

Introduce the necessary dose of product inside the skimmers, then turn on the filtration equipment, so that the product can be dissolved as the water circulates through the skimmers.

It is essential that the entire volume of water in the pool is recirculated through the filtering equipment on a daily basis.

The free residual chlorine should be between 0.5 and 2 mg/l, a value that can be easily measured using a chlorine and pH analyzer kit. This control should be carried out at least twice a day.
