Drop Stitch Fusion Technology. Zray has developed a more professional range with a cutting-edge technological innovation: the Drop Stitch double layer fused. A second PVC layer is fused to the first layer during manufacturing. Compared to the traditional system, no PVC adhesive is required. The Fusion construction therefore allows 30% more rigidity and 25% less weight, with a perfect and above all regular finish and no risk of porosity, bubbles or creases. More rigid and resistant to torsion, it is currently the most professional and most valued technology in the field of inflatable Stand Up Paddle.
