Piscimar’s Ion Magnetic eliminates and prevents rust stains

Ion Magnetic PM-615 is a powerful metal and mineral chelating agent, specifically designed to control the presence of iron, manganese, and cobalt in pool water.

Its formula reacts with metals dissolved in the water to form highly stable molecules, helping to prevent oxidation and the appearance of stains on surfaces or unwanted discoloration in the water.

Protection Against Metals and Scale

Ion Magnetic is specially designed to prevent and remove scale and stains caused by metal ions. Its high chelating power helps keep metals and minerals under control and facilitates proper water maintenance.

In addition, it helps protect pumps, filters, and heaters from mineral deposits and helps prevent the formation of lime scale on pool walls.

Long-lasting effect

Its formulation is stable when exposed to chlorine, allowing it to remain effective for a longer period and providing prolonged protection against problems associated with the presence of metals in the water.

Ion Magnetic is a particularly useful solution for pools containing metals or minerals that can cause stains, scale, or changes in water color.

Directions and Dosage

Prevention of Stains and Scale

Initial Setup:

• Check that the free chlorine level in the water is 1.5 ppm, measured with a DPD test kit, such as the FTK-101.
• Add 1.5 L per 100 m³ of pool water.

Weekly maintenance:

• Add 0.5 L per 100 m³ of pool water.

Removing Stains and Scale

• Scrub the affected surface before applying the product to ensure the treatment is effective.
• Add 3 L per 100 m³ of pool water.
• Once the product has been applied, scrub the affected area again.
• For best results, avoid superchlorination for 3 days after treatment.

Manufacturer’s Tips and Precautions

• Causes severe skin burns and serious eye damage.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Wear protective gloves and appropriate eye protection.
• In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• In case of an accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical attention immediately and, if possible, show the product label to the doctor.
