Eliminate algae and black bacteria from your pool with Algiblack + by Piscimar

PM-624 Algiblack + is a broad-spectrum algaecide developed to control and eliminate various types of algae in swimming pools, especially those most resistant to standard treatments.

Its combination of algaecides is specially formulated to combat black algae, which can be highly resistant to both shock chlorination and conventional algaecides. It is also effective against yellow and brown algae, as well as other types of algae that may appear in the water or on pool surfaces.

Shock Treatment and Maintenance

PM-624 ALGIBLACK+ can be used both for shock treatments, when algae are already present, and for maintenance treatments, helping to control their proliferation and keep the pool in good condition.

Its main features include:

• Effective against different types of algae.
• Especially effective against resistant black algae.
• Effective against yellow and brown algae.
• Can be used for both shock treatments and maintenance treatments.
• Can be used as a shock treatment in pools with salt electrolysis.
• Swimming is permitted immediately after adding the product, provided the recommended usage instructions and dosage are followed.

Directions and Dosage

Before using Algiback +, test the phosphate level in the water with Insta-Test Phosphates. If the concentration exceeds 200 ppb, it is recommended to first perform the appropriate treatment with Phos-Out (product code PM-625).

If algae is attached to the pool walls, scrub the affected areas before applying the product.

• Shock treatment: In pools with visible algae, add 1.5 L per 100 m³ of water.
• Maintenance: Add 0.3 L per 100 m³ of water once a week.
• At water temperatures below 15 °C: reduce the maintenance dose to 0.15 L per 100 m³ of water once a month.

Since this is a concentrated product, it is recommended to dilute Algiblack+ in a bucket with nine times its volume of water. Once diluted, distribute it throughout the pool while keeping the filtration system running.
